Bioliberty raises $10.2M to advance Soft Robotic Glove and U.S. Expansion
Bioliberty, a medtech company headquartered in Edinburgh and Boston, has secured $10.2 million in funding to further develop its rehabilitation technology and expand into the U.S. market.
Glasgow-based Solasta Bio, an agri-biotech company specializing in green insecticides, has raised €12.6 million in an oversubscribed Series A funding round. Bevvy, a Scotland-based whisky discovery platform, has successfully raised $1.5 million in seed investment. This funding, contributed by Scottish angel investors, existing shareholders, and a US-based family office, will be used to consolidate Bevvy's market share and expand its consumer audience into new territories, including the United States.
