UK-based Vyntelligence has raised $30 million in Series B funding to scale its AI-powered video intelligence platform, with a strong focus on expanding operations in the United States.
The round was led by Blume Equity and Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s 1GT climate strategy, reflecting rising demand for digital tools that boost efficiency in field-heavy industries.
Transforming Field Operations With Agentic Video Intelligence
Vyntelligence’s platform, Vyn®, converts short videos recorded by contractors, technicians, and customers into structured insights that streamline workflows. Rather than relying on written reports or manual inspections, frontline teams simply record SmartVideoNotes®, and the platform’s agentic AI extracts operational details, flags risks, and recommends next steps. The technology is used across utilities, telecoms, and retail by companies such as SUEZ, EDP, Engie, TotalEnergies, Currys, Openreach, Cadent Gas, UK Power Networks, Northumbrian Water, and Severn Trent.
Co-founder Arti Khanna notes that the technology gives enterprises unparalleled visibility into their assets and operations, helping them act faster, deploy field teams more effectively, and reduce operational costs.
Building a More Skilled and Connected Frontline Workforce
Beyond operational intelligence, Vyn® also supports workforce training and knowledge transfer. New hires can learn through expert-recorded videos, while experienced technicians can share insights more flexibly without needing to be physically on site. This helps organisations address labour shortages and maintain high service quality.
