Munich-based VoiceLine has raised €10 million in a Series A funding round to expand its enterprise-grade Voice AI platform for frontline organizations.

The round was led by Alstin Capital and Peak, with participation from existing investors Scalehouse Capital, Venture Stars, and NAP. The fresh capital will support product expansion, international growth, and deeper penetration into frontline-intensive industries such as pharma, medtech, food and beverage, insurance, and financial services.

Bringing Structure To Frontline Workflows

Field sales and service teams typically spend the majority of their time with customers, traveling between meetings and handling on-site service tasks. Administrative responsibilities such as documentation, CRM updates, and internal handovers are often delayed or compressed into evenings, reducing time available for revenue-generating activities.

This workflow gap can result in incomplete reporting, missed follow-ups, and limited real-time visibility for managers.

VoiceLine addresses this challenge with a voice-first AI assistant designed for mobile frontline teams. After a customer interaction, employees can record a voice memo or place a call to the assistant. The platform automatically converts spoken input into structured visit reports, CRM entries, follow-up tasks, and preparation notes, synchronizing data with existing CRM, ERP, and enterprise systems.

For leadership teams, this creates access to structured frontline data that was previously fragmented or unavailable, enabling improved visibility into customer needs and market developments.

Scaling Team And Platform Capabilities

With the Series A funding, VoiceLine plans to significantly expand its team across product development, sales, customer success, and partnerships. The company intends to more than double its headcount over the coming year.

In parallel, VoiceLine will deepen its platform capabilities across additional frontline use cases and accelerate international expansion.

CEO and Co-Founder Nicolas Höflinger stated that frontline sales remains a core revenue engine for many industrial and service organizations. He described VoiceLine’s mission as transforming the end-to-end frontline workflow, from preparation and documentation to analytics and insights, using voice as a natural interface.

Investors highlighted the combination of measurable return on investment and scalable enterprise business model as key drivers behind the funding decision.
