Visiblie, a Belgian AI visibility company helping businesses maintain their presence on AI-powered search platforms, has raised €500K through convertible loans.

The round was led by Seeder Fund, with participation from BeAngels and tech entrepreneur Steven Tielemans, who joins as a board advisor. The capital will support growth in the SME market and accelerate international expansion, with a follow-up seed round targeting the US already in planning.

Addressing The Market Opportunity

AI search engines are changing how people find information and, by extension, how businesses get discovered. Where Google once returned ten results per page, AI search engines such as ChatGPT and Gemini surface between three and five answers at most. Companies that do not appear in those results are effectively invisible to the users asking those questions.

ChatGPT now counts more than 900 million weekly users. The consequences for businesses that fail to adapt are already visible: HuffPost lost half its search referrals in two years, a decline the company attributes directly to AI-driven changes in how search results are surfaced.

How The Technology Works

Visiblie’s platform measures how visible a brand is for the questions potential buyers are asking AI search engines, identifies the gaps, and helps companies close them through a structured process that runs from measurement to execution. The company’s proprietary six-phase framework maps out a business’s AI visibility maturity step by step, with each phase built around a specific set of prompts reflecting what actual customers search for in a given industry.

A built-in AI agent carries out the resulting recommendations autonomously, with human oversight at every step. The platform is designed to account for sector-specific differences, recognizing that the compliance requirements and language of an insurance company operate under different rules than those of a SaaS business. The longer the platform runs for a client, the more precise its recommendations become.

Beyond the platform itself, Visiblie supports companies with technical adjustments to their own websites, content creation, press coverage, and other external signals that AI models draw on when deciding which brands to surface.

Growth And Market Traction

Founded in September 2025, Visiblie already serves hundreds of users across Belgium, the Middle East, Mexico, Australia, and Singapore. Belgian clients include Accurat, Flexy, and Luzmo. International clients include HAYAH Insurance in the UAE and Ingenes in Mexico. The company works with agency partners including Rhyme Solutions in Mexico, e-web marketing in Australia, and Multiverse Partners in Singapore.

Visiblie recently closed a partnership with PwC targeting regulated markets such as financial services and insurance, where the company’s AI visibility insights and compliance tracking complement PwC’s existing regulatory expertise. Flanders Investment and Trade had previously backed the startup with an export subsidy directed toward Saudi Arabia.

Expansion Plans

The €500K raise will fund further development of the SME market and accelerate international expansion across the regions where Visiblie already has agency partnerships. A follow-up seed round with a focus on US market entry is already being planned for the near term.

Looking Ahead

Gilles Praet, co-founder of Visiblie, described both the urgency of the shift and the company’s near-term targets: “You used to be able to rank tenth on Google and still get found. That luxury is gone. AI doesn’t give you a second page. Three to five answers, that’s it. Competition between companies has become brutal because of it. We’re not even a year in and we’re already serving clients on three continents. Our goal is that it no longer matters where a future customer searches. ChatGPT, Gemini, social media or whatever comes next: we make sure brands get found there. By early 2027, we want to grow to 1 million euros in annual revenue.”
