AI startup Viktor has raised €64.7 million in a Series A funding round to expand its AI coworker platform, which operates directly within Slack and Microsoft Teams.

The round was led by Accel, with participation from Bek Ventures, Kaya VC, Inovo VC, and Tenacity Capital, alongside angel investors from companies including Slack, Vercel, Synthesia, Framer, Deel, DeepMind, and Figma. Founded in 2023 by former Meta engineers Fryderyk Wiatrowski and Peter Albert, the company is building an autonomous AI system designed to function as an embedded workplace colleague across business workflows.

What The Company Does

Viktor develops an AI-powered workplace assistant that integrates into messaging platforms such as Slack and Microsoft Teams, acting as an autonomous digital coworker inside existing company tools.

The system is designed to understand organisational workflows, identify repetitive tasks, and either suggest or directly execute improvements. It can generate reports, build dashboards and internal tools, create presentations, assist with coding tasks, and automate operational processes without requiring users to switch between applications.

The platform connects with more than 30 business applications, allowing it to operate across functions such as marketing, finance, engineering, and operations. Its core concept is to function as an AI teammate that not only responds to prompts but also proactively supports workflow execution based on observed company activity.

Since its public launch in February 2026, Viktor has scaled rapidly, reaching a €12.9 million annualised revenue run rate within ten weeks and attracting more than 2,000 organisations globally.

Market Context / Industry Background

Enterprise adoption of AI is shifting from standalone productivity tools toward agent-based systems that can operate across multiple business applications. Companies are increasingly exploring autonomous AI agents capable of executing workflows rather than simply generating outputs.

This transition is driven by the complexity of modern enterprise software stacks, where employees often manage work across dozens of disconnected tools. AI systems that can unify these workflows inside existing communication platforms are gaining traction as organisations look to reduce operational friction and improve productivity.

At the same time, early enterprise deployments of AI agents are increasingly focused on reliability, integration depth, and the ability to operate safely within defined organisational structures and permissions.

In addition, vendors are prioritising modular architectures that allow companies to deploy agents gradually rather than replacing entire systems at once. This phased approach reduces risk, improves governance, and enables IT teams to maintain tighter control over sensitive data flows and decision-making processes.

Founder / Investor Commentary

CEO and co-founder Fryderyk Wiatrowski described Viktor as a shift toward AI systems that operate as embedded team members rather than passive tools.

“The next phase of AI is agents that join your company, understand how work gets done, and take responsibility for outcomes,” he said.

Wiatrowski added that Viktor is designed to function as an AI employee capable of managing recurring tasks, building tools, and supporting project execution across teams, with the goal of accelerating how organisations operate.

Growth Plans / Use Of Funds

The new capital will be used to support Viktor’s international expansion, further development of its AI capabilities, and scaling of its integrations across enterprise software ecosystems.

The company also plans to open a new office in New York as part of its global growth strategy and invest in expanding product functionality across more complex enterprise workflows and use cases.
