London-based cybersecurity company ThreatAware has secured $25 million in growth funding from One Peak to accelerate international expansion and advance its product development roadmap.
The investment will primarily support expansion in North America and the rollout of a new AI-powered security workspace built on top of the company’s cyber asset management platform.
Closing Visibility Gaps In Enterprise Security
ThreatAware focuses on cyber asset management and cyber hygiene, serving enterprise clients across sectors including retail, financial services, and energy.
According to the company’s internal data, a significant percentage of devices connecting to corporate networks remain undetected by traditional tools. In addition, many security controls are either misconfigured, missing, or malfunctioning without visibility. As organizations expand cloud adoption and remote access models, these blind spots increase overall risk exposure.
ThreatAware’s platform is built around its patent-pending Timeline Matching technology, which correlates data across more than 150 pre-built integrations. The system identifies every device interacting with corporate data and verifies whether required security controls are active and functioning.
The solution can be deployed in under 30 minutes and does not require endpoint agents, allowing organizations to gain visibility without extensive infrastructure changes.
Introducing An AI Security Workspace
Building on its data foundation, ThreatAware is developing an AI-powered workspace designed to help security teams build custom tools and automation workflows directly on top of their cyber asset data.
Early adopters have reportedly created tailored applications, such as software license management tools, within short timeframes. The goal is to enable teams to move beyond rigid, pre-packaged security software and create solutions aligned with their internal processes.
CEO and Co-Founder Jon Abbott stated that after several years building a highly accurate cyber asset intelligence foundation, the company is now focused on enabling security teams to leverage that data more flexibly through AI-driven customization.
Profitable Growth And International Expansion
ThreatAware has grown to more than 100 enterprise customers and achieved profitability without prior external funding. One Peak’s Managing Partner Humbert de Liedekerke Beaufort highlighted this milestone as a reflection of strong product-market fit and disciplined execution.
With the new capital, ThreatAware plans to scale operations, strengthen its presence in the U.S. market, and continue expanding its AI capabilities to support increasingly complex IT environments.
