Omniscient, a platform focused on decision intelligence for senior executives and boards, has raised €3.5 million ($4.1 million) in a pre-seed funding round led by Seedcamp.

The round also included investors such as Drysdale, Plug and Play, MS&AD, Raise, Anamcara, and xdeck, forming an international syndicate across Europe, Japan, and the United States. The funding will support product development, engineering hires, and the rollout of its commercial strategy.

What The Company Does

Founded in 2024 by Arnaud d’Estienne and Mehdi Benseghir, Omniscient provides an AI-powered platform that aggregates and analyses large volumes of data to support executive decision-making. The system uses agent-based AI to monitor over 100,000 sources, including news, social media, web content, audio, and internal company data.

The platform delivers real-time, structured briefings designed for C-level users, replacing fragmented intelligence tools with a unified interface. It is built for natural language interaction and adapts dynamically to organisational priorities, enabling leadership teams to access relevant insights quickly.

By consolidating diverse data streams into a single system, Omniscient aims to improve how organisations interpret signals related to market conditions, reputation, and operational performance.

Market Context / Industry Background

As organisations generate and process increasing amounts of data, the challenge of translating information into actionable decisions has become more pronounced. Traditional intelligence tools often operate in silos, making it difficult for leadership teams to maintain a comprehensive view of relevant developments.

This has led to growing interest in decision intelligence platforms that combine data aggregation, analysis, and AI-driven insights into a single workflow. These systems are particularly relevant for large organisations operating in complex and rapidly changing environments.

The integration of agentic AI into enterprise software reflects a broader trend toward automation of high-level analytical tasks, enabling faster and more consistent decision-making.

In practice, decision intelligence platforms aim to bridge the gap between raw data and strategic action by contextualising information within specific business objectives. Rather than simply presenting dashboards or static reports, these systems can proactively surface insights, identify anomalies, and suggest potential courses of action. This shift reduces reliance on manual interpretation and allows decision-makers to focus on evaluating trade-offs and outcomes.

Moreover, the adoption of such technologies is reshaping organisational structures and workflows. Cross-functional collaboration becomes more streamlined as teams operate from a shared source of truth, reducing fragmentation and misalignment. At the same time, governance and transparency remain critical considerations, as organisations must ensure that AI-driven recommendations are explainable, auditable, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

As these platforms continue to evolve, their effectiveness will depend not only on technical capabilities but also on how well they integrate with existing processes and support human oversight in complex decision environments.

Founder / Investor Commentary

Arnaud d’Estienne, CEO and co-founder of Omniscient, highlighted the gap between data availability and decision-making capability, noting that organisations often lack the tools to convert information into timely action. He emphasised that this disconnect can lead to missed opportunities and reactive management, positioning the platform as a way to provide executives with more relevant and immediate insights.

Growth Plans / Use Of Funds

The €3.5 million funding will be used to expand Omniscient’s engineering team, enhance its product capabilities, and support go-to-market efforts.

The company also plans to extend its platform into predictive analytics, enabling organisations to anticipate potential outcomes and identify strategic actions based on emerging trends.

Omniscient is already working with enterprise clients, including Renault, and aims to broaden its adoption across industries.
