Oslo-based Noteless has secured €3.5 million in Seed funding to scale its AI-driven clinical documentation platform.
The round was led by Redstone, with continued support from Futurum Ventures and Farvatn Venture.
Administrative Overload Is Draining Healthcare
Documentation remains one of the biggest pain points in healthcare, often consuming hours each day and contributing to burnout, reduced job satisfaction, and rising staff shortages.
The company addresses this challenge with an AI-powered ambient medical scribe that captures consultations in real time and generates structured notes within seconds.
Rapid Growth Across The Nordics
Founded in October 2023, the startup has expanded quickly since releasing its first product in mid-2024.
Its paying customer base has grown over 360% year-to-date, with widespread adoption among Nordic clinicians.
According to CEO and co-founder William Vossgård, more than one in four GPs in Norway and one in seven in Denmark now rely on Noteless.
“Clinicians tell us we’re giving them back up to two hours a day — time they can return to patient care or their own wellbeing,” Vossgård says.
Use is also growing among specialists, physiotherapists, and psychologists as Noteless becomes an essential tool for reducing admin time and improving patient interactions.
Scaling Across Europe
With its new funding, the startup plans to expand throughout Europe, broaden professional coverage, and strengthen multilingual capabilities.
