The funding will support expansion across the UK, US, and additional international markets. The round includes backing from a group of operators and investors, alongside continued participation from existing shareholders. Jay Parker has also joined the business as a special advisor.

Founded in 2023 by Chris Williamson, James Smith, Luke Betts, and Shan Hanif, Neutonic operates in the fast-growing nootropics and functional beverage category. The investor group includes Alan Barrett, Ollie Marchon, Ross Edgley, Dan Martell, Codie Sanchez, Nomit Shah, and Zach Ranen, reflecting continued interest in founder-led consumer brands with international potential.

Neutonic plans to use the new capital to scale operations in the UK and US while launching into Australia and potentially other new regions. A key focus will be increasing retail distribution and strengthening relationships across grocery, specialty, and fitness channels.

The company also intends to hire across core functions as it grows internationally, likely spanning operations, marketing, supply chain, and commercial teams.

Further investment in product innovation is expected as the brand expands its range and competes in an increasingly crowded functional beverage market.

Neutonic says it is on track to exceed $25 million in revenue this year, supported by continued growth across both e-commerce and retail channels.
