Poland-based healthcare operator Jutro Medical has completed a €36 million Series A round to accelerate the rollout of its AI-supported primary care model across Europe.

The financing includes €24 million in equity led by Warsaw Equity Group, with participation from Vinci, naturalX Health Ventures, Fluent Ventures, Aternus, KAYA VC, and Inovo VC. Additional debt financing was provided by mBank and Orbit Capital.

Building An AI-First Primary Care Platform

Founded in 2020, Jutro Medical operates a hybrid primary care model that combines physical clinics with digital services. The company has spent its early years developing its own electronic health record system alongside standardized clinical and operational workflows.

This proprietary infrastructure now serves as the foundation for AI-powered tools that assist with patient intake, visit preparation, and clinical documentation. Physicians retain full control over medical decisions, while AI supports background administrative processes.

Patients can decide whether AI-assisted workflows are used during their visit or opt for a fully traditional consultation.

Addressing Structural Challenges In Primary Care

Primary care across Europe faces mounting pressure from clinician shortages, administrative overload, and uneven access to services. While annual spending exceeds €200 billion across the region, many practices continue to rely on outdated systems that slow down care delivery.

Jutro Medical’s approach focuses on reducing operational friction by embedding AI directly into clinic workflows. By automating repetitive tasks, the company aims to improve efficiency without increasing clinical headcount.

Acquisition-Led Expansion Strategy

Rather than building clinics from scratch, Jutro Medical acquires existing practices and migrates them onto its unified technology and operating platform. This includes shared workflows, a common EHR, and AI-supported administrative tools.

The company added nine clinics to its network this year and plans to acquire approximately 20 clinics annually, prioritising rapid integration and consistent care standards.

By operating its own clinics on proprietary software, Jutro Medical identifies which processes can be reliably automated. According to founder and CEO Adam Janczewski, AI agents now handle thousands of patient interactions each month, allowing medical staff to spend more time on diagnosis and treatment rather than paperwork.

Pan-European Growth Plans

The newly raised capital will be used to continue clinic acquisitions in Poland and to support entry into additional European markets. Jutro Medical also plans to expand its suite of AI agents to cover more operational and administrative workflows.

In the long term, the company aims to become a pan-European primary care operator by consolidating fragmented independent practices into a single, technology-enabled network.
