Intuos, a startup developing an integrated platform to improve aircraft fleet efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance, has secured €720,000 in funding.
The round was backed by Argo, a TravelTech accelerator launched through a CDP Venture Capital initiative in partnership with the Italian Ministry of Tourism and managed by Zest and Venisia, alongside Techstars, Ventive, multiple club deals and business angels.
Founded by Carolina Gianardi and Vito Tedeschi, Intuos is addressing growing operational complexity in non-commercial aviation, a segment where legacy software often fails to connect training, fleet management and operational workflows into a unified system.
Bridging The Gap Between Flight And Ground Operations
Non-commercial aviation including flying clubs, flight schools and smaller operators increasingly requires structured oversight, compliance tracking and real-time operational visibility.
Intuos developed a platform designed to connect in-flight activity with ground-level management, creating a seamless flow of information between pilots, maintenance teams and operational managers.
The platform consists of two main components:
The Manager module digitizes and centralizes aeronautical operations, from flight planning and scheduling to fleet maintenance and compliance management, within a single integrated environment.
The InFlight Data Monitoring solution combines proprietary IoT hardware with real-time telemetry and engine performance data. This enables continuous aircraft monitoring, pilot performance analysis and automated anomaly detection without manual data uploads.
By linking real-time flight data with operational management processes, Intuos delivers a unified ecosystem designed to enhance oversight, reduce administrative friction and improve safety outcomes. The technology is supported by two patents, including one with international extension.
Hardware And Software In A Single Ecosystem
According to the founders, integrating hardware and software within one system enhances data consistency, eliminates redundancy and creates a more reliable decision-making framework for operators.
The fresh capital will support finalization of key technological developments and fuel early-stage expansion into the United States, building on the company’s presence in Europe and South Africa.
