Filuta AI, a Czech artificial intelligence startup focused on composite AI technology, has raised €3.6 million in a seed funding round led by Rockaway Ventures.
Other backers include Tarpan Capital and Lion Beat Capital.
Building one of Central Europe’s strongest AI teams
The fresh capital will be used to grow Filuta AI’s workforce from 33 to 43 employees by September 2025. The expanded team will include 20 PhDs and four professors specializing in AI, forming one of the region’s most advanced AI research groups.

Solving complex problems with hybrid intelligence
Filuta AI’s core innovation lies in composite AI—integrating symbolic (rule-based) and subsymbolic (machine learning) approaches. This hybrid method enables the platform to create AI systems that are faster, more explainable, and more efficient than traditional models. The company claims their platform drastically cuts down testing time for video games from weeks to days.
Preparing for Series A and global ambitions
The startup aims to launch a Series A round in the second half of 2026 and is targeting a 10% share of the global game-testing AI market. Its patented technologies also span other sectors like aviation, defense, and automotive. The founding team includes alumni from Google, Microsoft, Stanford, and DARPA.
