Fagura, a digital financing platform connecting investors with entrepreneurs, has secured new backing from members of the Bravva Angels community. The investment was completed through a syndicated deal on the SeedBlink platform and forms part of a €1.5 million convertible round raised over the past year.

The company is now preparing to launch an additional €1.5 million equity round, which would bring the total financing to €3 million.

Building A Digital Lending Ecosystem

Fagura operates an online platform that allows individuals to invest in loans issued to small businesses, freelancers, and entrepreneurs. Through its model, the company aims to expand access to financing while allowing private investors to participate in supporting early-stage business growth.

The platform reimagines the traditional early-stage funding concept often referred to as the “3Fs.” Instead of relying only on friends and family, Fagura enables a wider community of investors to participate in funding entrepreneurial projects through a digital infrastructure.

The convertible financing round includes support from several venture investors and angel backers. Participants include uVentures, a US-based venture capital firm active in Ukraine and Moldova, as well as Mozaic, Seedrs, and iTicket.

Individual investors such as Andreea Pipernea and Liviu Munteanu also joined the round alongside other experienced founders and business leaders.

The addition of Bravva Angels brings a network of angel investors with strong interest in fintech and digital financial infrastructure.

Supporting Product Development And Market Expansion

The upcoming equity round will help Fagura continue developing its platform and introduce new features, including artificial intelligence tools designed to support smarter financial decisions.

The company also plans to expand its presence into additional European markets while improving the user experience for both investors and borrowers.

Currently, Fagura operates in the European Union and the Republic of Moldova and aims to grow its digital lending ecosystem across Europe in the coming years.
