Evertrust, a French cybersecurity company specialising in digital trust software, has raised €10 million in a Series A round led by Elephant.
The new capital will support team expansion, extend product development, and accelerate the company’s move into additional European markets.

Founded in 2017 by Kamel Ferchouche, Jean-Julien Alvado, and Étienne Laviolette, Evertrust began as a consulting firm before shifting toward software development. The company now delivers a unified platform that combines public key infrastructure (PKI) with certificate lifecycle management (CLM)—a pairing rarely offered as a single, integrated solution.

Automating Digital Identity At Scale
Evertrust’s Horizon platform automates certificate issuance, monitoring, renewal, and replacement across servers, devices, cloud systems, and IoT environments. Its Stream software provides a complete PKI stack, giving enterprises a sovereign, end-to-end solution for managing rapidly expanding digital identities with shorter certificate lifecycles.
This combination addresses a growing challenge for large organisations: as digital certificates multiply across hybrid infrastructures, fragmented tooling increases operational risk. Evertrust’s unified approach centralises trust management while supporting zero-downtime operations.
Strengthening European Digital Sovereignty
The company recently earned CSPN certification from the French national cybersecurity agency ANSSI—an important milestone for serving public-sector and critical-infrastructure clients. Evertrust designs and hosts its solutions entirely in Europe and aligns with major international standards including eIDAS and NIST, keeping customer data outside extraterritorial jurisdictions.
CEO Kamel Ferchouche said the new investment underscores the urgent global need for sovereign, independent trust-infrastructure providers as organisations face stricter compliance requirements and heightened security concerns.
Scaling Its Go-To-Market Across Europe
With the new funding, the company plans to triple its workforce within five years, expanding both technical and commercial teams. The company will also shift from a primarily direct-sales model in France to a broader reseller-integrator network targeting MSSPs across Europe and additional international markets.
