Driven, a Ghent-based startup building an AI-powered platform for managing sales commissions, has raised €1.5 million in seed funding.
The round was led by Pitchdrive, with participation from Newschool VC and a roster of prominent angel investors, including Jeroen de Wit (Teamleader), Gilles Mattelin, Jorn Vanysacker, Wouter Van Respaille (Henchman), and Matthias Geeroms (Lighthouse).
Founded in June 2025 by CEO Ludovic Diercxsens, CTO Andres De Jonge, and CPO Tom De Kooning, Driven aims to replace outdated Excel-based commission tracking with a real-time, transparent system that keeps sales teams motivated and managers aligned.
“Driven motivates sales teams through smart incentives. By making goals visible and fair, everyone knows exactly what they’re working toward,” said Diercxsens.
Tackling transparency and CRM pain points
Half of all salespeople in Europe work on commission, yet many don’t know their earnings until weeks later. Driven’s platform provides real-time visibility of targets, rewards, and progress, while managers can set goals collaboratively and analyze performance using both historical and live data.
The tool integrates directly with CRMs like Salesforce and Hubspot, linking commissions to real sales activity — encouraging teams to maintain accurate records. Its AI assistant further analyzes financial results, CRM data, and industry benchmarks to help managers fine-tune incentive structures.
From accelerator to growth mode
Driven is the seventh startup to emerge from the StarApps studio and graduated from the Start it @KBC accelerator. Early customers include cybersecurity company Aikido and tractor distributor De Lille.
The new capital will be used to double down on product development, expand hiring, and scale across Europe, with a target of €1M in revenue by 2026.
“Our ambition is clear: we want to become Europe’s leading player in flexible, smart compensation,” added Diercxsens.
