
Dataroid, an Istanbul-based digital analytics and customer engagement company, has raised $6.6 million in a pre-Series A funding round to support international growth and product development.
The round was led by Tacirler Asset Management through its FinAI Venture Capital Fund, with participation from the Future Impact Venture Capital Fund and Endeavor Catalyst.
Building on earlier institutional backing
Prior to this round, Dataroid raised $2 million in December 2023 from Koç Group’s Private Venture Capital Investment Fund and İşbank’s 100th Year Venture Capital Fund. These earlier investments helped the company strengthen its position in Turkey’s financial services sector and prepare for international scale-up.
Unified analytics across the customer journey
Dataroid provides an end-to-end analytics platform that enables organizations to monitor and optimize customer interactions across multiple digital touchpoints. The platform brings together customer data, behavioral analytics, application performance monitoring, and advanced data modeling to give enterprises a unified view of digital experience and performance.
Its solutions are widely used in regulated, high-volume environments, particularly within banking and financial services, where real-time insight and reliability are critical.
From domestic market leader to international scale
According to co-founder Fatih İşbecer, long-term partnerships with leading Turkish banks have played a key role in shaping Dataroid’s product maturity and scalability.
He noted that the platform currently supports digital experiences for more than 120 million end users, positioning the company well to replicate its success in new markets beyond Turkey.
With the new funding, Dataroid plans to expand its AI-driven capabilities, aligning product development more closely with enterprise customer needs while accelerating go-to-market efforts across Europe and the wider EMEA region.
Strong retention and industry recognition
In 2025, Dataroid was recognized by G2 as a leading digital analytics platform in the Middle East, receiving top rankings in the Best Support category for both product analytics and customer journey analytics based on verified user reviews.
By the end of 2025, the company reported a net revenue retention rate of 127 percent, with no customer or revenue churn, highlighting strong customer satisfaction and long-term platform adoption.
Scaling self-service analytics globally
The newly raised capital will be used to deepen Dataroid’s presence in international markets, expand its EMEA footprint, enhance global marketing initiatives, and further develop its self-service analytics capabilities to support faster customer onboarding and broader adoption.
