Helsinki-based CHAOS, a location intelligence platform transforming how real estate professionals make decisions, has raised €2 million in fresh funding to accelerate its expansion across the Nordics and DACH region and enhance its AI-powered analytics tools for investors, developers, and retailers.
The round includes participation from Swedish investment firm Nidoco, the firm’s largest backer, and Finnvera, Finland’s state-owned financing company.

Founded in 2017, the startup helps property developers, city planners, and investors understand how neighborhoods evolve — analyzing population movement, business performance, service needs, and community dynamics. Its AI-driven platform transforms fragmented data into visual insights and smart recommendations that guide where to invest, what to build, and how to create thriving communities.
