Enterprise software startup Arkyn has secured €4 million in funding to expand its suite of tools that streamline SAP workflows for large manufacturing and field service organizations.
Founded by the team behind Invokers, Arkyn develops mobile-first SaaS solutions that connect directly to SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and CS (Customer Service) modules. Its platform enables enterprises to manage maintenance, service, and asset operations more efficiently — helping reduce complexity, improve productivity, and accelerate decision-making across large-scale SAP environments.
“We built Arkyn to give enterprise teams the freedom to move faster and smarter,” said the company’s founders. “By bringing real-time SAP data to the frontline, we make it easier to manage critical operations from anywhere — safely and efficiently.”
A mobile-first, partner-driven ecosystem
The firm’s Frontline Worker Operating System delivers real-time SAP data to mobile devices, helping technicians, engineers, and service teams optimize performance in the field. The solution improves safety, reduces downtime, and lowers IT and training costs — enabling faster, more reliable maintenance execution across complex enterprise systems.
To accelerate growth, the company offers three partnership programs: Referral, Reseller, and System Integrator. Referral and Reseller partners earn 10–20% commissions, while System Integrators receive a 30% flat rate for reselling and implementation. Each partner is supported by a Partner Success Manager and access to Arkyn’s Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform, which includes marketing resources, training materials, and demo tools.
The company also welcomes independent consultants with SAP PM expertise or industrial networks to join its referral program and collaborate in delivering value to enterprise clients.
