Architect AI, a London- and San Francisco–based startup developing agentic websites, has raised £3.5M (€4.1M) in seed funding.

The round was led by Project A, with participation from Concept Ventures, Insiders Ventures (founded by the creators of FACEIT, acquired for $1.5B), and other strategic backers.

The capital will be used to expand its engineering team, accelerate product development, and scale go-to-market efforts across Europe and North America.

Giving websites a “brain”

Most websites today act as static brochures, showing the same content to every visitor. Architect AI’s platform replaces that model with an AI-driven, adaptive layer that observes visitor behavior, generates tailored content, and automates workflows in real time.

Visitors can ask questions, interact with the site, and receive dynamic responses, creating a personalized experience that adapts with every visit.

“We call it giving your website a brain,” said Ted Eltringham, CEO and co-founder (ex-Rippling, Samsara). “Once you see a website that can think, you can’t go back to one that can’t.”

Founding team

  • Ted Eltringham (CEO) – ex-Rippling and Samsara, scaling product and operations teams.
  • Luke Ramsden (Co-Founder & CPTO) – a self-taught engineer who built his first AI system at 14, later designing ML infrastructure for high-growth startups.
  • Chris Nicolas (Co-Founder & COO) – former SpaceX program manager, overseeing mission-critical launch software.

Early traction

Pilot clients are already reporting significant results:

“The platform’s ability to understand visitor intent and generate content on the fly is extraordinary,” said Michael Hoy, CEO of Atlas. “We’re not just seeing better engagement metrics—we’re having more meaningful conversations with our customers.”

Investor perspective

“Architect AI’s agentic web technology represents the next frontier in digital engagement,” said Malin Posern, Partner at Project A. “Their rapid execution and visionary team convinced us they’re set to redefine how companies interact with online audiences.”

Next steps

With the fresh funding, Architect AI plans to:

  • Grow its London engineering hub
  • Open a larger U.S. office in early 2026
  • Hire AI engineers and product managers
  • Expand enterprise sales pipelines

Founded in 2024, Architect AI has grown from prototype to production in under 12 months and is positioning itself as a global leader in adaptive web technology.
