Aiphoria, a Limassol-based AI company building autonomous enterprise voice agents, has raised $34 million in funding at a $150 million post-money valuation.
The round was led by Ratmir Timashev, co-founder of Veeam Software, with no traditional VC pitch decks involved.
Bootstrapped from day one — now scaling across Europe and the U.S.
Founded in 2022 by Denis Chernilevsky and Konstantin Kruglov, Aiphoria grew profitably without external capital, building a platform that now powers tens of thousands of daily AI-driven interactions for large enterprises. The team has grown to 50+, and the new capital will be used to expand operations in Europe and the United States.
Purpose-built platform for enterprise AI employees
Aiphoria’s flagship product is the Aiphoria Pro Platform, a voice-first, multilingual architecture built for secure, on-premise, and modular deployment. It enables companies to roll out autonomous agents — or “AI employees” — for roles like Support Pro, Sales Pro, Recruitment Pro, and Collection Pro, along with Pro Copilots that assist human teams with intelligent suggestions.
Investors praise product discipline over hype
“In a market flooded with inflated promises, this team quietly built a real business,” said lead investor Ratmir Timashev. “They’ve already achieved enterprise-scale deployments. That’s rare — and what’s next will be even more impressive.”
From anti-hype to high-growth
“We didn’t chase VCs or hype,” said co-founder Kruglov. “We focused on solving real problems with real software.” CEO Chernilevsky added: “This isn’t just a milestone — it’s proof that in a world of noise, building something that actually works still matters.”
