Valencia-based Fresh People has secured €2.6 million in funding to accelerate the growth of Booster, its AI-powered leadership and team management platform, while supporting the company’s international expansion.
The round was led by Inveready, with participation from Archipiélago Next, Successful Fund, former BBVA executive Paloma Tejada, and several entrepreneurs from Spain and Mexico.

Founded in 2020, Fresh People develops AI-driven tools designed to help businesses improve leadership, strengthen team alignment, and scale organisational performance through data-driven talent management.
The company says many organisations still struggle to translate executive strategy into effective day-to-day team execution. Its platform aims to close that gap by combining leadership methodologies, organisational development frameworks, and AI-powered insights into a single system.

Booster Designed As An AI Copilot For Managers
At the centre of the company’s offering is Booster, an AI-native platform built to support managers in areas such as leadership development, performance management, cultural transformation, and team effectiveness.
The platform provides personalised recommendations, action plans, and learning programs while helping companies measure the business impact of leadership and talent initiatives more effectively.
According to José J. Burgos, CEO of Fresh People, the company wants to reduce the growing operational pressure placed on managers.
“Managing people should not become an administrative burden. Managers today are expected to lead larger teams, achieve more ambitious goals, and navigate increasing complexity with fewer resources. Booster is designed to act as a proactive AI copilot that helps leadership actions translate directly into stronger teams and business growth,” he said.
International Expansion Focus
The fresh funding will support continued product development and expansion into new international markets, particularly Mexico, where the company is already preparing its next phase of growth.
Fresh People also plans to strengthen its customer success and implementation capabilities as demand for AI-powered workforce and leadership solutions continues to rise.
