All3, a construction technology company developing an integrated robotics and AI platform for building projects, has raised $25 million in Seed funding.
The round was led by RTP Global, with significant participation from SuperSeed and additional backing from Begin Capital, s16vc, and VNV Global. The company is building systems that combine autonomous robotics, AI-based design software, and robotic manufacturing for modern construction workflows.
What The Company Does
All3 is developing an end-to-end construction system designed to automate large parts of the building process. Its platform integrates AI-driven design tools with robotic fabrication capabilities, enabling the production of customised building components and their assembly on-site through autonomous systems.
A key part of its approach is a legged construction robot designed for on-site assembly tasks in environments that are difficult to automate using traditional machinery. Alongside this, the company develops software for generating and managing building components that can be manufactured with precision and deployed at scale.
The goal is to increase construction efficiency, reduce costs, and lower environmental impact while preserving architectural flexibility. Unlike conventional prefabrication methods, which often struggle in complex urban settings, All3’s system is designed to support adaptable, scalable automation across different project types.
The company reports early traction, with its design software already processing more than 100,000 square metres of residential development and building a growing project pipeline in Germany.
Market Context / Industry Background
Construction remains one of the largest industries globally, yet productivity has remained relatively stagnant for decades. The sector continues to rely heavily on manual labour, fragmented workflows, and legacy building methods, particularly in urban environments where complexity increases execution challenges.
While prefabrication and modular construction have introduced some efficiencies, these approaches often come with design limitations and logistical constraints. As demand for housing and infrastructure increases, particularly in European cities, there is growing pressure to find scalable methods that improve speed and reduce costs without sacrificing design flexibility.
AI and robotics are increasingly seen as potential drivers of transformation in the construction sector, particularly in areas such as automated design generation, site robotics, and precision manufacturing. However, full-stack integration across design, production, and assembly remains rare, making platforms like All3 part of an emerging wave of construction automation startups.
Founder Commentary
CEO and co-founder Rodion Shishkov said the company was created to address long-standing structural challenges in the construction industry through robotics and AI.
He described construction as a trillion-dollar sector that has yet to undergo a meaningful productivity transformation, despite its global scale and economic importance.
“Construction is the largest global sector yet to experience a productivity revolution, representing a trillion-dollar opportunity. With this funding, we’ll scale deployment of our technology with one clear mission: to solve the housing crisis once and for all,” he said.
His comments reflect the company’s ambition to position automation as a core lever for addressing both efficiency and housing supply constraints.
Growth Plans / Use Of Funds
The new funding will be used to expand research and development operations across London and Belgrade, as well as to begin deployment of an initial fleet of construction robots on commercial sites in Germany, which will serve as the company’s first launch market.
All3 also plans to scale its engineering, robotics, and software teams as it moves from early traction toward broader industrial deployment.
The company operates across Europe with offices in Berlin and Zug and is focused on building a scalable automation stack for construction that integrates AI design, manufacturing, and on-site robotics into a unified system.
