Paris-based startup HrFlow.ai has secured €6 million in a pre-Series A funding round to advance its vision of building “Hiring SuperIntelligence” and modernising how the global labour market operates.
The round was led by 115K, the investment arm of La Banque Postale, alongside EmergingTech Ventures. It also saw participation from notable investors including Xavier Niel, Jean-Baptiste Rudelle, and Romain Niccoli.
This latest raise brings the company’s total funding to approximately €8.5 million.
Tackling Complexity In The Global Labour Market
Founded in 2016 by Mouhidine Seiv, HrFlow.ai is addressing a growing imbalance in the labour market.
In emerging economies, access to jobs remains limited despite available talent. In developed markets, the challenge lies in scale—recruiters face overwhelming volumes of applications and data, leading to missed opportunities.
HrFlow.ai aims to solve both issues by building an AI-driven infrastructure that enables faster, fairer, and more efficient hiring decisions at scale.
Building “Hiring SuperIntelligence”
At the core of the platform is a suite of AI-powered tools designed to structure and activate HR data.
- Data Studio centralises information from over 200 integrations, including ATS, job boards, and HR systems
- AI Studio applies explainable AI to standardise and enrich candidate and job data for better matching
- App Studio enables organisations to build custom AI agents and interfaces that integrate into existing workflows
Together, these components form a scalable intelligence layer that helps organisations manage recruitment, internal mobility, and workforce planning more effectively.
Strong Adoption across Industries
HrFlow.ai already serves a wide range of clients, from staffing firms like Manpower to global enterprises such as Sanofi and public sector organisations including the French Army.
Its platform is particularly valuable for organisations handling high hiring volumes or complex talent management challenges.
Scaling International Growth
With a team of 35 employees, including a strong base of engineers and researchers, HrFlow.ai is now focused on expanding its global footprint.
The new funding will support growth in the United States—where the company has been active since 2022—as well as further expansion across key European markets such as the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and Italy.
In parallel, the company is preparing to launch the next generation of its AI platform.
A New Infrastructure For Work
Investors see HrFlow.ai as a critical building block for modern HR ecosystems, enabling organisations to unlock the full value of their workforce data.
As hiring becomes increasingly complex and data-driven, the company’s long-term ambition is to create a more fluid and inclusive job market—where opportunities are matched with talent more efficiently, regardless of geography or scale.
