Cheer Games, a mobile puzzle game studio, has raised $4.5 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Makers Fund, with participation from Play Ventures and several angel investors.
The new capital will support the development of new mobile titles and help expand the company’s team at its headquarters in Barcelona.

The founding team previously worked together on several successful mobile games, including the puzzle title Hexa Sort. Their combined expertise spans game design, product development, growth strategy, and live operations.
The company aims to build a studio focused on creating long-term mobile gaming franchises rather than short-lived titles.
