Visitt, an AI-native platform for commercial real estate operations, has raised $22M in Series B funding to accelerate its vision of becoming a single AI-powered operating layer for property teams across global CRE portfolios.
The Series B round was led by Susquehanna Growth Equity, with continued participation from existing backers Vertex Ventures Israel, Anfield, and Sarona Ventures. The new capital follows a period of rapid scale for the company and supports further product expansion and market growth.
Strong Growth Across Commercial Real Estate
Over the past year, Visitt has expanded to more than 150 customers and recorded over 900% growth in managed square footage during 2025. The platform is used across office, industrial, data center, multifamily, and retail assets, positioning Visitt as a cross-sector operating system for property operations.
The company was co-founded by Itay Oren, Idan Wender, and Jonathan Kroll, who designed the platform around live, real-world property workflows rather than retrofitting AI into legacy systems.
Replacing Fragmented CRE Systems With AI-First Operations
The startup consolidates workflows that traditionally sit across disconnected property management tools. These include work orders, compliance, predictive maintenance, tenant communication, equipment lifecycle tracking, security, amenities, and financial operations.
AI is embedded directly into the operational core of the platform, supported by millions of real operational data points and continuous feedback from on-site property teams. This enables faster decision-making, clearer visibility, and improved tenant experience without adding complexity for operators.
Building A Single Interface For Property Teams
Visitt’s roadmap focuses on expanding its AI-driven interface within the tools property teams already use daily. Existing capabilities include intelligent work order management, an AI agent for certificate of insurance handling, and multilingual tenant communication.
The company plans to introduce additional AI agents designed to reduce manual workload, improve predictive insights, and help property teams proactively manage assets at scale. Investment will also support continued development of Visitt’s proprietary onboarding technology and customer success operations.
What Comes Next
With fresh capital, Visitt aims to deepen its AI capabilities, broaden its footprint across global CRE markets, and further replace legacy property systems with a single, unified operational layer.
The company’s long-term goal is to give commercial real estate teams speed, clarity, and measurable outcomes through an AI-first platform built specifically for modern building operations.
