Pack, an Italy based AI driven HR tech platform, has raised €5.8 million in its Series A round.
The first €3.5 million tranche closed in September 2025 led by Rialto VC. The second tranche brings in US based Acadian Ventures, a fund specializing in future of work technologies.
The round also includes several well known HR and SaaS leaders, such as David Clarke, Thomas Otter, Jason Corsello, Steven Hunt, Luca Saracino, Doris Tomanek and Jeroen Van Hautte. Bonelli Erede advised on the transaction, led by partner Giulia Bianchi Frangipane and senior associate Enrico Goitre.
Building a Smarter, AI Powered Approach to People Development
Founded in 2022 by Pietro Maria Picogna and Giacomo Gentili, Pack provides an AI based people development platform that maps skills, evaluates employee potential and delivers tailored growth paths including coaching mentoring and targeted training.
Its continuous AI monitoring helps companies make informed decisions and build future ready teams.

The company operates across two countries with a 30 person team and aims to reach 50 employees within six months focusing on product, AI and customer success.

Fueling Expansion Across Major European Markets
The new funding will support hiring accelerate Pack’s AI roadmap and scale operations into France Germany and the United Kingdom.
With its international focus and proprietary AI technology Pack aims to position itself as a European leader in Human Capital Intelligence.
