HubBox, the London-based software company enabling retailers to offer pickup-point delivery at checkout, has raised £6M (€6.8M) to scale its out-of-home (OOH) delivery infrastructure.

Puma Growth Partners led the round, backing the company’s plan to grow operations, strengthen courier partnerships, and bring its technology to more retailers worldwide.

A Scalable Solution To Failed Deliveries

Founded in 2015 by Sam Jarvis, Claire Jarvis, Greg Beszant, and Jon Pawley, HubBox helps retailers reduce failed home deliveries by integrating thousands of local pickup points into the checkout flow. The software embeds directly into existing e-commerce systems—now over 1,000 integrations strong—and is used by leading retailers including GAP, Selfridges, Gymshark, Birkenstock, and Macy’s.

By routing parcels to local collection points, couriers can consolidate volume, cut costs, and reduce emissions, while shoppers gain more flexible delivery choices.

Strategic Backing From Puma Growth Partners

Puma Growth Partners highlights the company’s strong commercial traction and deep technical capabilities as key reasons for the investment. With major carriers such as UPS, DPD, Royal Mail, Asendia, PostNord, and DHL already integrated, HubBox’s model gives retailers instant access to established OOH networks.

The company’s Funded License Program—allowing couriers to subsidise retailer adoption—has accelerated international rollout and solidified HubBox’s position as a central player in OOH logistics.

Accelerating The Shift Toward Pickup-Point Delivery

CEO Sam Jarvis says the industry is at an inflection point: out-of-home delivery is growing fast and is expected to overtake home delivery in the coming years. HubBox plans to use the new capital to expand its engineering, sales, and courier-partnership teams, supporting rapid growth in the UK, Europe, and the US.
