London-based Inforcer, a platform helping Managed Service Providers (MSPs) manage and secure Microsoft environments, has raised $35 million in Series B funding led by Dawn Capital, with participation from existing investor Meritech Capital.
The new funding will accelerate Inforcer’s mission to help MSPs and Microsoft Partners deliver scalable, secure, and AI-powered solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) worldwide. The company now operates across the UK, US, Netherlands, Denmark, and Australia.
Built by MSPs, for MSPs
The startup enables MSPs to standardize, deploy, back up, and manage Microsoft 365 environments across multiple clients—solving one of the biggest pain points in the modern cloud landscape.
“In today’s cloud-first world, the Microsoft tenant is the new server,” said Jamie Daum, co-founder and CEO. “Many SMBs already have access to advanced AI and security tools through their Microsoft licenses but rarely use them because setup and management are so complex. Inforcer changes that.”
Turning complexity into opportunity
With 350 million Microsoft users globally and 80% of SMBs relying on Microsoft products, the company gives MSPs the automation, compliance, and AI integration tools they need to deliver next-generation services faster and more efficiently.
“Inforcer is rapidly capturing an enormous opportunity space,” said Evgenia Plotnikova, General Partner at Dawn Capital, who will join the firm’s board. “It’s built by MSPs, for MSPs—helping them become strategic AI partners for small businesses.”
Backed by the UK’s innovation ecosystem
UK Secretary of State for Science, Innovation, and Technology Peter Kyle highlighted Inforcer’s role in strengthening digital resilience:
“Companies like Inforcer are equipping IT service providers with the tools to deliver secure digital solutions for the businesses they support—giving companies and citizens the confidence they need to embrace technology and power growth.”
Next steps
With its Series B secured, the startup plans to expand its MSP community, enhance AI-driven automation, and accelerate go-to-market partnerships as it continues to build momentum through 2025.
