Property technology startup Lette AI has raised $1.4 million in pre-seed funding to expand its agentic AI operating system for property teams and accelerate growth across Ireland, the UK, and the UAE.
The round was led by Pitchdrive, with participation from Baseline Venture, Lugus Capital, and prominent angel investors including Mark Ransford and Conor Sheridan of Nory AI.
Bringing Automation to Property Management
Founded in March 2025 by Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek, Lette AI is building an AI-driven operating system that automates the end-to-end property leasing and management process — from tenant onboarding to maintenance requests.
The platform reduces administrative workloads by up to 90%, allowing property teams to focus on strategic operations rather than repetitive admin.
Already live across thousands of apartments, Lette AI is powering operations for some of Ireland’s leading property managers, including Grayling Properties, Storyhouse by Ardstone, Hali, Liberties House, Rathmines House, and Lugus Capital.

Scaling Growth and Product Capabilities
With the fresh funding, the startup plans to expand its product and engineering teams, enhance its AI agent capabilities, and onboard 25,000 properties by March 2026, targeting $1.1 million in ARR within the first year.
The company has also appointed Jon Hammond as Head of Growth. Hammond, who previously scaled proptech platforms such as Zero Deposit, brings over 20 years of SaaS and real estate technology experience, focusing on improving tenant and landlord experiences.
