Marketing automation startup Epiminds has emerged from stealth with $6.6 million in funding to launch its AI-driven multi-agent marketing platform, designed to transform how agencies manage campaigns end-to-end.
The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from EWOR, Entourage, and prominent angel investors including the former CMO of Booking.com.
Reinventing How Agencies Work
Marketing agencies today face mounting pressure to deliver measurable ROI with fewer resources, tighter budgets, and growing complexity. Fragmented data systems, manual reporting, and uncertain AI adoption have only added to the strain.
Epiminds, founded in 2025 by Elias Malm (formerly Google) and Mo Elkhidir (formerly Spotify), tackles these challenges with Lucy — an AI marketing manager that coordinates a team of more than 20 specialized AI agents across analytics, optimization, budget pacing, bidding, creative performance, and more.
“Marketers are expected to do more with less,” said Elkhidir, co-founder of Epiminds. “Lucy and her team take care of the repetitive work, so humans can focus on creative and strategic thinking. It’s not about replacing creativity — it’s about giving it space to thrive.”
From Onboarding to Execution in Seconds
With Lucy, agencies can onboard a new client in under 30 seconds, instantly deploying a full AI team to manage and optimize campaigns across channels. The system doesn’t just analyze data — it acts on it, adapting to each agency’s workflow, learning from results, and proactively flagging risks before performance declines.
Epiminds’ multi-agent model connects insights directly to execution, allowing agencies to scale output without additional headcount.
Agencies using Epiminds report:
- Faster onboarding and reporting cycles
- Higher campaign efficiency and ROI
- Reduced wasted ad spend
- More time for creative and strategic initiatives
Beyond Dashboards and Point Solutions
Most marketing tools today are either siloed dashboards or narrow AI features that solve isolated problems. Epiminds combines both intelligence and execution within a fully integrated, adaptive system that continuously learns and evolves.
“We’re building Epiminds because we see where marketing is heading,” said Malm, co-founder and CEO. “The future belongs to dynamic AI teams that analyze, plan, execute, and improve in real time. Every marketer should have access to a 24/7 AI workforce that handles operations so they can focus on vision and creativity.”
Next Phase: Smarter, More Autonomous Agents
With this new funding, Epiminds plans to:
- Expand Lucy’s integrations across major ad and analytics platforms
- Enhance autonomy and self-learning capabilities
- Strengthen its multi-agent coordination system, enabling shared intelligence across clients
As Lucy’s AI ecosystem grows, each agency benefits from collective learning — a network effect that compounds over time and increases overall system intelligence.
