Replit, the San Francisco–based agentic AI software platform, has raised $250M in fresh funding at a $3B valuation, nearly tripling its 2023 valuation.
The round was led by Prysm Capital, with strategic participation from Amex Ventures and Google’s AI Futures Fund, alongside existing backers YC, a16z, Craft, Coatue, Paul Graham, and others.
The raise follows explosive growth: The company scaled annualized revenue from $2.8M to $150M in under a year, powered by a global community of more than 40 million users building applications across industries. Enterprise teams at Zillow, Duolingo, and Coinbase already rely on the platform.
Launching Agent 3: From assistant to true collaborator
Alongside the funding, Replit unveiled Agent 3, its most autonomous AI developer yet. Unlike earlier versions, Agent 3 can work for up to 200 minutes, test and fix its own code, and build custom agents and workflows that extend beyond software engineering into any repetitive or complex task.
“We were the first to make vibe-coding a reality for non-developers globally. With this raise and our new AI agent, we’re set to become the enterprise standard,” said Amjad Masad, CEO and founder.
